Wychwood BeeWyched Honey'd Ale

"Buzzing with flavour this pale golden lghtly honwy'd ale has a delicate floral aroma, hints of citrus and dried fruit then the full bittersweet flavours of malt, honey and grapefruit. The honey and sugar we use in the brew is Fairtrade which helps to provide better deal for disadvantaged farmers and workers. Jeremy Moss - Head Brewer."

The description is rather accurate: the taste of honey is very light, the bitterness is there. It has more resemblance to the usual British ales rather than the strongly flavoured Belgian honey beer. Not a must taste however.

5% ABV. Read more about it on Wychwood website.
