Broughton Old Jock Ale

"For centuries the soldiers of the Highlands and Lowlands of Scotland have been familiarly referred to as the Jocks - powerful fighting men who have enjoyed strong beers in their off-duty hours.
"Old Jock is a classic Scottish Strong Ale. Dark and Strongly flavoured it should be drunk at room temperature and savoured like a fine wine.
"Highly recommended as an accompaniment to cheese and meat dishes."

I did not drink it at room temperature, nor did I had it with a piece of cheese or meat. I had it after three other beers yesterday, so I cannot say much about it. I just know it was tasty and enjoyable.
