This is an excellent rum that can be easily drunk neat. I tried it in a Mai Tai (1 part Plantation Jamaican Old Reserve 1998, 1 part Dilon Rhum Agricole 55%, 1/2 orgeat syrup Moulin de Valdonne, 1/2 part Cointreau, 3/4 part lime juice, 1/4 part sugar cane syrup) and it is absolutely gorgeous. Probably my favourite cocktail so far.
42% ABV. Rhum Plantation.
